2024 Important Dates to Remember!
- July 8th- We can begin to schedule makeups for July
- July 15th- Priority Registration begins for our School-Year Session
- July 22nd- Open Registration begins for our School-Year Session
- July 28th- All students will be dropped from their Current Summer Classes
- July 29th-August 3rd- SCGA will be CLOSED for cleaning and maintenance. (No Make-up is needed!)
- August 4th- School-Year Class Schedule begins. You must call to re-enroll! (auto-enrolled August 2024-May 31, 2025)
- Registration for the current Month will be taken up until the 15th of each Month
- If you wish to cancel a month please email us at stcharlesgym@gmail.com by the 15th of the month prior to when you wish to drop so that you do not get automatically charged for the upcoming month!
- Unlimited Makeups for June and July. Make-ups must be scheduled with the front office ahead of time and they must be completed by July 27th.
- We will not carry over make-ups into the School-Year Session
- NO SENIOR OPEN GYM FOR JUNE AND JULY!! They will resume starting August 4th (ages 6-17 yrs)
- NEW TIMES for Junior Open Gym (ages 1-6yrs) will start August 5th. New Times are as follows (Monday and Wednesday at 11:15am, Friday at 10:15am)
- Please note we will be going back to our School Year Policy of ONE makeup every 2 months starting August 4th. You must call to schedule make-ups ad we never schedule make-ups the first week of any month.
